Our basic principle is that we treat each trainee, who shows trust in us and follows our programs, as a separate unit, adapting to their needs the method we consider necessary for them.
In the four years of operation of the studio, even people who hated fitness have integrated it into their daily lives, considering it an integral part of their lives. This is due to the effectiveness of the methods taught in the studio , as well as the friendly attitude and professionalism of the teachers of the Equalibre studio.
Our main concern , after all, is to give the body the attention it deserves. We “carry” our body our whole life without really knowing it.” Every time I discover something new about my body”, “My body has been transformed”, “I feel that my posture has changed” are the most frequent phrases we hear in the studio.

Our effort, therefore, is to show each practitioner the path through which he/she will reach a deep knowledge of his/her body, in order to improve any weaknesses and, above all, to bring out his/her exceptional potential.
