Dear parents-students

Our many years of involvement with tutorial education have taught us that the timely and systematic preparation of students is a necessary condition in order to meet the demands of our time. An era in which knowledge is the dominant element in the development and progress of the individual who, in turn, becomes capable of participating actively and effectively in its upgrading.

That is why we at “ORIZONTES”, with a deep sense of responsibility towards our students and their parents, commit ourselves and promise the following:

Provision of knowledge by experienced teachers of all disciplines with a high level of training.
Organizing classes according to the level of the students, as far as possible.
Systematic and timely learning of the syllabus so that the student is well prepared for his/her exams.
Covering learning gaps with extra lessons, special notes.
Scheduled exams every other weekend to fully consolidate the syllabus.
Friendly interpersonal relationships with our students based on mutual respect and appreciation.
Keeping parents informed of their children’s progress in regular meetings.
However, in order to contribute effectively to the realization of our students’ goals, they too need to realize their responsibilities towards themselves, their parents and society in general.

So we ask them:

Continuous attendance of classes and participation in all exams.
Systematic study without stress and unnecessary insecurities.
Perseverance in understanding the difficult parts of the syllabus and in solving any questions they may have.
Harmonious cooperation with their classmates, but especially with the teaching teachers who will always be by their side to help them in their arduous effort and with the main “weapons” of their many years of teaching experience and their love for the young soul and respect for the particularities of each student’s personality.
Finally, we address ourselves to you, the parents, knowing that you are the driving force since you will inspire your children, you will stimulate their spirit, you will give impetus to their difficult struggle by ensuring the most suitable family conditions in which they will function in the best way. We therefore ask you too, if you trust us with your children’s progress, to work closely with us on matters relating to their performance, behaviour and any peculiarities so that we can establish an honest relationship that will contribute positively to the achievement of our common goals.

In closing our letter we emphasise that ‘ORIZONDS’ can identify with the students’ DREAM of learning and success and within a warm and genuinely friendly environment help to make that DREAM a reality.
