Graduate of the Medical School of Athens, trained in psychiatry and psychotherapy, psychodynamic direction. He is oriented towards community psychiatry, considering the prevention and early treatment of mental disorders in the patient’s environment. His main goal is the combination of psychotherapy and medication when necessary.

He has many years of experience in the treatment of disorders in adolescents and adults, anxiety disorders, emotional disorders, eating disorders and psychoses. He is an ongoing participant, in prevention, treatment and rehabilitation programs for mental disorders in mostly open settings.

He is the Scientific Manager of the Centre for the Prevention of Addiction of the Municipality of Athens “Athena Promachos”, Scientific Director of the NGO “Dinami Zois” (“Strength of Life”), Scientific Associate of the NGO “IRIS”, and maintains a clinic in Alimos, Attica.
