I.KARACHALIOS S.A. is active in the Greek market in the food and confectionery products sector since 1974.

-In 1974 Ioannis Karachalios was hired in the office of Afon Efthymiou and Lyberis Nika, as a salesman of the products of the companies represented by the office for the regions of Western Greece, Epirus, Ionian and Peloponnese.

-In 1985, after the retirement of Afon Nika, Mr. Karachalios took over the office and founded I.KARACHALIOS O.E. with headquarters at Menandrou Street in Athens.The object of the company’s business is the representation of food industries such as: I.KARACHALIOS O.E. is the representative of the following food companies: CLONIS-LAVDAS-MAVEL-ZOGRAFOS and KUNINIOTIS, which are exclusively represented by I.KARACHALIOS O.E.

-In 1991 the company moved its headquarters to its own premises in Koumoundourou Street in Alimos and was computerized.

-In 1994 the company changes its legal name to I.KARACHALIOS S.A. and expands its activities, hires partners and expands its trade network in Thessaly, Central Greece, Euboea, Peloponnese, Epirus, Ionian and Attica, where it continues successfully until today.

Today the company I.KARACHALIOS S.A. cooperates with large super market chains such as: SKLAVENITIS, METRO, ELOMAS, PENTE SA (Galaxy), MARKET IN, THANOPOULOS, PROMETHETHYTIKI S.A., as well as with large provincial chains such as: PAPAGEORGIOU V., PAPADOPOULOS S., ANDRIKOPOULOS, DIELLAS S.P.E., GALAXY S.A., PANAGIOTOPOULOS Bros.
