There, the young Vassilis Kordelidis starts his professional career and works at first as a salesman. With the stubbornness and skill of a self-made man, he manages to achieve his goals and build his own small chocolate craft! His love for this product led him to tremendous success and equipped him with courage and invaluable experience.

Today, Palet remains a beloved family affair, aiming to make handmade sweets for every taste requirement!

We create our own handmade, fresh products, daily, using only pure ingredients, of the highest quality, avoiding mass production. We constantly follow the developments in the art of confectionery. We are constantly experimenting with new trends. We enrich our flavours. We renew the combinations of our ingredients.
