Vasilis tavern, located in a quiet alley of Amfithea Avenue, near Alimos Marina, is celebrating its 36th anniversary this year.

The tavern started operating as a kitchen in 1983 by Mr. Vasilis, and the tradition was continued by his nephews. It was the first tavern to serve chicken burgers and most Alimiotis have sat down for dinner in its beautiful courtyard with its vines and jasmine trees.

Thirty-six years later, the tavern continues to attract passers-by and sailors or just anyone who wants good food in a quiet Alimos courtyard, and it also makes deliveries.
